Question

How do I access library resources off-campus?

To use a resource off-campus:

  • Select a resource or database from the Library website or A to Z Databases page.
  • Log in using your myUCA username and password.
  • Once logged in, you will be redirected to the selected database, and you will remain logged in until you close your browser, even if you switch databases.

Note: When you are on campus, our system will recognize you and grant immediate access.

My login information isn't working, now what?

  • Are you using your myUCA username and not your UCA email address? When logging in, remember to drop the @uca.edu or @cub.uca.edu, only using the first part of your email address.
  • Do you have the correct password? You can check your password using the UCA IT department's password self-help webpage. If you cannot log in to the password self-help page and have not set up your password recovery answers, contact the IT Help Desk at 501-450-3107 for assistance.
  • Clear your cookies or try a new browser. Sometimes the system gets stuck, and clearing cookies or opening a new or guest browser can help resolve the issue.

If none of these suggestions work, use the contact information to the right and let us know.
